This activity is done in collaboration with local upper secondary schools, with the aim of improving the digital skills of students aged between 16 and 18 years.

During this experience, that can take place directly at OpenCom or online in "smart-training", students carry out a training program that directly engages them to be part of specific working groups, learning to work for goals. Under the supervision of an ICT tutor, the trainees will cooperate in the implementation of the tasks of an information technology project, participating in the meetings, feeling part of the process in which they are involved, acquiring entrepreneurship skills that will help them to find satisfaction in the labour market that awaits them after the high school diploma.
